Juan Williams Firing Claims First Head At NPR

Ellen Weiss, the news chief at National Public Radio who fired Juan Williams has resigned. Through an internal review, the board of directors expressed concern over the "speed and handling of the termination process" and recommended procedural changes for such actions.
